How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order from the Orders section of the My Account page before it is shipped. Cancellation cannot be made after the order has been shipped. You have to make a return.
RETURN TERMS
Right to return within 14 days: You can return the products you want to return, together with the product, within 14 days from the date you receive the order, by filling out the return form (on the back of your invoice). In order for the products to be returned, they must comply with the return conditions.
Right of return: You can make your return request systematically on lirionline.com. Then you can send the product to the address below free of charge to the seller with buyer paid. “Return has reached lirionline.com” notification: An e-mail is sent when your return reaches us.
Refunds: If the products you return comply with the return conditions, Liri sends the refunds to the bank within 7 working days. While the reflection period of the refunded amount on credit cards is 1-7 working days on average, this process may take longer for debit cards. As per bank practices, transactions made in installments are returned in installments in the same way.
