We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

Shipping is free on all orders (only Turkey).

We want you to have your new Liri as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location. You’ll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You won’t pay additional fees beyond the product price.

Returns and exchanges

Your satisfaction is great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, simply send a return request to info@lirionline.com within 14 days of delivery.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging.

Please note, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.


If you’d like to return your item for a store credit, we cover all the return shipping costs. If you prefer to send your item back to us for a full refund, the costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders and Payment

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express. All payments made on https://lirionline.com are secure – we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) – and we do not store any of your payment information.

We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at info@lirionline.com to see if a modification can be made.
